Job Description:
- Procurement planning during the bidding phase
- Understanding contract specifications and bills of material
- Analyzing multiple quote and working with project and engineering team
- Understanding, evaluating, and incorporating market analysis into procurement plans
- Reading, understanding, and interpreting contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance with the federal government.
- Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Relevant Purchasing experience sourcing, negotiating contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers, construction /specialty trade subcontractors and fabricators.
