DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Multi Billion dollar Consumer Goods Organization, that is looking to expand its team with a Sr. Automation Engineer who will support the manufacturing site with implementation of automation and robotics. Based in the Charlotte Metro area, this company will provide an engaging dynamic combined with a fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and implement automation/robotics solutions
- Lead projects to improve Automation
- Plan and lead robotic installation
- Work with external vendor and suppliers
- Acting as liaison between Design, Manufacturing and Distribution
The Sr. Automation Enigneer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in automation/robotics engineering
- Background and knowledge in manufacturing areas such as robotics, human-machine interfaces
- Strong Communication Skills
