This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual capable of shaping global strategies while managing significant spend within a fast-paced and globally recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) & MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- Negotiate terms with key partners setting clear objectives and performance measures
- Spearhead strategy development for efficient management of contingent labor resources
- Establish robust vendor relationships ensuring compliance with service standards
Skills Required:
- Strategic Procurement Expertise: Apply your knowledge to effectively manage large-scale sourcing projects aligned with organizational goals within the HR services and contingent labor space.
- Negotiation Skills: Leverage strong negotiation capabilities to secure advantageous contracts that meet business needs.
