Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design equipment sizing and material handling configurations to optimize production processes.
Ensure efficient production line layouts that enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for new equipment and layout configurations.
Utilize simulation software and modeling tools to validate equipment and layout designs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the development process.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and reports.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for production line issues.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for further optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of equipment sizing, material handling, and production line layout optimization.
