Technical Manager, Food Production (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure system up time through effective maintenance and repairs, including building technology.
- Develop and manage sustainable maintenance processes; oversee installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Optimise technical processes such as setup procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, environmental, and hygiene standards; manage periodic system inspections.
- Handle procurement, availability, and storage of spare parts with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- Lead and develop the technical team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or vocational training with certification as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d).
- Significant management experience in the technical sector of food production.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCP implementation.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- English proficiency for international communication.
