The Plant Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitor plant manufacturing operations
- Track plant KPI's
- Review product quality
- Identify and troubleshoot defaults or errors in the manufacturing process
- Lead employee training
- Enforce safety protocols
The Plant Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years' experience in supervisory experience
- Experience in supervisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
